hi. a quick and important question. the girl who listed out apartment, and did it few years ago, when no government document verification was required, she left for dubai. we lost contact with her as she is on another continent and has a new job. i do not think she will give us her government ID to use. i don't even know if i have a way of getting in touch with her at all. in six days we are supposed to upload the government photo to verify the identity OR the airbnb will block out calendar. how can the cohost become the listing owner now? note: the cohost is also the person who has been receiving payments for the property (his bank account details are already listed on the account). there are already 2 bookings confirmed for the upcoming period! i i dont want to lose them. I also dont want to relist, lose our reviews etd. PLEASE HELP!
I'd also be interested in seeing his Crystal Beach house and the numbers. I just built a new STR in Jamaica Beach, TX. It's doing really well, but it's hard to replicate again in this economy.
