[SFM/Splatoon] Reckless Battery Burns (read desc, nerds)

- It's been a while, hasn't it? Real quick I'd like to apologize for my absence, I've unfortunately just had something devastating happen in my life and I had to remove myself from the internet temporarily so I could process what happened. But I'm back! Although I must give a fair warning about this video.
This project began at some point during my time away, I used it to take my frustrations and anger out on something instead of doing more hurtful methods against myself and/or others. With that said, a few warnings to list here if you are sensitive to implications of:
Physical harm against oneself
OD (too much medical drug use)
Removal of one self
I highly recommend you skip out on this one, none of the scenes are majorly graphic BUT there are 2 scenes with blood so if you're not into that I totally get it. I know I said I wanted to eventually tackle darker content but I do feel this might be kind of extreme for some individuals, and this whole thing is basically one giant mess of pent up emotions (just pretty much vent art). I do also want to apologize for the total 180 turn in terms of the content I post, considering how much darker this is compared to what I've been posting-
While this project is a doozy, I must say I really did enjoy working on it and I actually did a little experimenting with this one as well! Not every scene is animated as a little heads up, but this entire project is animated on a different fps. So if something looks a little "weird" then you'll have to excuse that, but to me I'm overall satisfied with what I've created.
Oh, and you might be wondering why this is premiered, that's just a test lmao. I wanna play around with some tools still

(As a side note this song is actually a part of a trilogy (going to be a tetralogy in the future I believe?) and I highly recommend checking out those others songs as well if you really like this one)
I think I've just about covered everything? Hopefully I can start getting back into the groove of posting things here, this thing took me over 2 months to complete (but that's mostly due to school getting in the way, I am currently on summer break!)
This video will also not be monetized, I don't feel comfortable making a profit off of this.

I’m in here before the premiere will air, I will edit this after the Premiere is over to describe my thoughts on this SFM Animation… after a few days later
To put it in simple terms, It’s perfect, why? Cause you put your own heart into something that can deeply mean something to lots of people who can easily relate to this kind of thing

I really should focus more on my characters' lore and stop rendering Octo Callie for at least five... seconds
This is by far the most ambitious project I've ever worked on, while it *does* have lore elements for the story I'm working on it's definitely wayyy more of a piece I worked on to help vent out my feelings/frustrations (and things I was (and still am) struggling with). I'm very glad you enjoyed it despite it being... well, pretty hefty
Also you can always try to juggle both, but do what makes you happy✨

I know it's a vent, but I like hearing any ideas here
If I'm vague in my response it's because a lot of ideas/concepts are still in wip and they're either being developed or rewritten, but a few things to note here:
-The galaxy looking ink that reoccurs in the video is actually Maddox's blood (my pfp) looks like due a condition he has. It was originally used as a way for me to censor darker scenes, but as you can see I still used red blood in 2 scenes. (kinda like with danganronpa I suppose if I were to use an example here since the pink blood kinda helps gruesome scenes *not* look as... Well, gruesome?) While I still think it helps with censoring some scenes it's more used to show that we're going through some crazy drug induced dream if that makes sense
-The shot at 0:50 is actually Maddox, the long hair could be confused for the main character of this video and that entire scene is actually referencing to an old project I made back in 2020 known as "Reborn." Although it's being scrapped and rewritten because I'm no longer satisfied with the older product. Because I haven't spilled like.. *any* lore details about my characters on my TH-cam platform I will say that Reborn does show how Maddox got his hand chopped off as there is a brief scene showing a cut off hand in the animation (that's something that's not changing lol)
-0:54 the very left TV while it's a bit hard to see, that *is* indeed Maddox however going back to that condition I briefly mentioned earlier, if under high stress levels he tends to "snap" and become a complete unhinged bloodthirsty psychopath to put it briefly and when he's usually in that state he goes by the nickname "Psychoddox", given to him by his friends (and I cannot stress enough about this next part, Psychoddox isn't a demon, sure it could be *described* as one but it's not) A side not here but I posted a texture wip of his arms/hands months ago, I have yet to post the final product on my community tab
