i think that Shiki also used to get a lot of views, but once you become a hard-core ARMY, people start watching their videos less. because they wanna see the process of becoming an ARMY as its more fun to see them be surprised and awed by BTS. once you become an ARMY the views decrease compared to before for a lot of channels. but compared to other channels, Shiki is actually doing well, but he deserves more views yes!
I’ve called out Dave Disci and Celebrity News for their clickbait and the fact that they pass their opinions off as fact sooooo many times!!!! Yet they still have so many followers - especially Dave Disci! I cannot stand him! Celebrity News - she’s a flat out liar!!!

Yeah, you are really loved in the community! Shiki is probably the most honest, genuine person on youtube. You are what many baby ARMY and even some older ARMY should follow. You care about BTS and ARMY and just people in general. You don't use them for your own gain like others. You are my comfort zone. 😊💜 I will use the purple heart here. Because this is a place I can and the meaning behind it is true.
Facts, on Boracity’s original video their is so much love & respect shown for Shiki by ARMYs, I saw so many lovely comments about him, He is in my top 10 of YT ARMY reactors that I follow as I am very picky & critical of the fake ones.

I vouch for my Korean friend Angoo. She makes excellent unboxing merch videos, ( don't watch those if you don't want spoilers!), concert vlogs, travel blogs where she visits sites, (that are open to the public or she gets permission from the owners/proprietor to film) such as BTS's old dorm that is now a cafe, the music video sight for AgustDs Deachwita music vid., and lots more. She has in depth videos on the ticket buying process for both Korean concerts and abroad and gives pointers on best success. Suffice to say you can experience being a K-ARMY through her and she is just a genuine, awesome person.

Shiki, I dont know lots of BTS reaction channel but that COUSIN channel shocks me with the amount of gifts Army send them and in the name of reaction they only talk unrelated topic. I didn't subscribe them. And this Dave Disci fake news paddlers, i really don't like him. But i am amaze how Army actually watch him without any proper confirmation. I am happy Bora mentioned most of things i had in my mind.
I remember there is an American reaction channel (professor or something, i forgot the name) was reacting to Suga and called him Chinky. Only few Army told them that it was disgusting and racist but in return they told it was not racist and will not apologise. 98% of Army didn't questioned them. They continued to be their subscribers shamelessly.
Then there are channels whom i call hate breeders as they give platform to haters and solos to hate members and disappointingly watch Army in the comment sections there to fight among themselves. Its irritating sometimes. I wish
I could say all the things in my mind to ARMY. We can not even fully blame these type of channel because some ARMY support them like brainless and these Armys should be held accountable too. If they don't have the guts to stand for BTS they should not use the name ARMY. It makes the genuine ones look insincere and bad.

@@boracitymagazine I can mention some the nigel baker guy , every vid he does he takes the starting 2 to 3 mins to show clips from what he's watching on paetron, to kinda get armys to join, he watches normal vids on there and his prices are high too plus he watches jikook vids and is obsessed with jm, which is not wrong ofc but he takes the damn vids seriously! Like why watch jikook vids in the first place 🙄! Also the twins! God damn I hate them now. The way I got to know them was nice cuz I thought they were insightful and stuff but soon they set up a paetron and they have hideous prices and useless tiers they have a damn gold tier 20 dollars??! Like the vids they put there are mvs, normal live performances etc! All the content we get for free? Sucks honestly!

Shiki, you're an exception. i've been following your journey here ever since the beginning, your first ever reaction to BTS with your brother. and from that first video alone, how do i put it into words...... when someone has a warm heart, we can feel it. their words, their acts, and their intention goes from heart to heart. and you have it, Shiki. a warm heart. i've said this quite oftentimes now especially when you're live streaming here, but you've created a safe place for us. in the midst of so many reactor channels, i can say that this space that you've created is the safest one at least from my experience. the way you interact, the way you speak up your thoughts, the way you help to spread the goals and hype up the releases as well as on-going votings, the conversations between you and army here.. it all lead to a fun and safe community. and yes, as you said, you're just like us. i'm saying all of these doesn't mean that i think of you differently. it's just that, if there are friends -> best friends, you, to me, are my best friend. the other armys here in your community are also so kind and precious to me. you deserve to be acknowledged for the goods, Shiki💜

That's why I instantly report videos with misleading click baits and I need every army to do this we can not possibly take down every video as there is new content coming in thousands on here everyday but I need army's to report any misleading video they see like rumors or death illness as shown in video etc like this we can do smth about it and I only subscribe to channels after watching them for sometime like if they are genuine or not and people asking to subscribe their channels after making two or three videos about bts are straight up red flags for me. I only follow few trusted reactors here and shiki is one of them💜

I understand baby armys watching all the reaction channels.. i did that not too long ago because there is too much content and you dont know what to watch..but after a while you realise that most of reactors dont even know their real name.. that changed my whole perspective..i remember some guys who had been reacting to bts for a year asking who is yoongi.. they only know the name suga... that's just arrogance..it made me so mad i stopped watching bts reactions.. but sometimes its nice to see people enjoying bts content...and watching people like you who are genuinely ARMY is fun..😊
it took me awhile to actually subscribe to your channel Shiki. what made me subscribed were two things: 1) you promote voting & streaming, 2) your patreon is free.
as a 2015 ARMY i’ve seen so many youtube reactors that once they hit a certain subscribers number, they start to react to other kpop groups. i mean that’s fine but you can literally see how they changed and slowly start to neglect/lose interest in BTS.

Streaming has been really frustrating lately. YT is deleting more views than usual and it feels like we're missing something more. That being said, there's just not enough ARMY participating and the same people trying to push up the views makes them look like bots and gets their views deleted. A lot of the ARMY is older now and can no longer give as much time to streaming as before. I'm finding it tough myself. But we need to come up with or share strategies for the goals as well I think.
Personally, I'm a mess and I say a lot of stupid stuff and I wish I would deal better with BTS haters. I'm still learning and hopefully, I'll figure it all out some day. But channels like yours are a place where ARMY can connect and share their love for the boys, not just with each other but also with you. Thank you. Borahae. 💜

I was subscribed to A***** reacts, having watched one of his later vids. first, then I went back and watched his first reaction vid. with Hobi and when that comment came out of his mouth I said see ya. Also I watched another ARMY's vid. on all the nasty things he says about woman on other platforms, and questionable associations with certain unsavory people.

And honestly misleading click baits don't sit right with me BCS it's a fact that most of the baby army's start their journey from TH-cam and then move to other platforms to keep upto date with bts so before that TH-cam is their main source of info and these types of videos can be very misleading like I remember in my baby army days I used to watch their random videos and the amount of false info that I got to know about them from these videos is concerning and not to mention I used to watch color coded lyrics to understand what they are saying for beside tracks until I got to twitter and got to know about translation accounts. Im glad that I later got to know great army's who provided me with real info on other platforms.
I can vouch for Jim Games channel, he looks very genuine as a metalhead who has been getting into BTS very much for at least a year (or two?) now, not just with the music but also in BTS' offstage personal lives. He has been doing a weekly news/reaction livestream with chat on TH-cam & Twitch with his own news team (which is at least one other person) to see what's up with the boys. He had also gotten his wife on some of their past reaction videos, although she probably is not as much into BTS as he is, but it was well worth a try. He has already gone through the entire Rise of Bangtan series reactions, which that itself is a feat to do in about one year's time. He had also done reactions to the Sewol Ferry disaster which really frustrated & irritated him. He is very welcoming to armys & I hope that does not change, thus he deserved a mention here, both by Bora's video & me.
As far as watching youtube at 480p or higher quality, that's ok for those that are not concerned with their data usage amount or they have enough income to have infinite data usage, but I am not in that category so I have to be careful how much data I consume monthly. Thus for me, 240p is just right, watching a youtube video, BTS or otherwise. It might be fuzzy (or fuzzier) but I still get the context. Now, 144p is indeed worse so I do not use that unless necessary, although that was what I was forced to use back when our internet service limited our internet speed in the past. There will be occasions when I may need to bump it up to 480 through 1080, like if I need to check out some words on the video, until I'm done & then I go back down to an average of 240p, or maybe sometimes 360p, so as to conserve data. And yes, most 240p on youtube can be crap because many of them don't increase their bandwidth data rates, thus they get blocky compression & washed out, but there are indeed some 240p out there that are cleaner, crispier, stable & perfect at that resolution because of higher bitrates.
But let's all also remember that TH-cam is a company. This is their service for us. It's not going to be here forever. Despite some of the faults & discrepancies about this platform, the company is working hard to keep this ship tight & afloat. But anything bad can happen anywhere in the future. They could go bankrupt for all we know. And then *poof*, no more TH-cam. As long as it is relevant, it can stay around for a long time, like maybe for at least the next 50 or 100 years, which that itself is also a miraculous feat for any company.
This is why i only listen bighit/hybe's announcements or if it comes from one of the boys

About 1 year ago, I saw a thread on Twitter which was a fanfic (ie, fictional story made up by army, labeled as fiction, for entertainment only), and less than 12 hours later, saw it on my TH-cam feed reported as “news”, and then it was all over TH-cam, being re-hashed as “news”. It started as a clearly labeled fictional story smh
First, congratulations on the positive message in the video. You are the exception. Next, I've reported misleading click bait without clicking so many times, I cannot even count with no effect; I gave up. I also click don't recommend this channel, also with no effect. My concern is for new and inexperienced ARMY but all we can do is keep educating. Last, I've purged so many subscriptions lately because, well, the list of things that bother me is myriad. In essence, they say things that they think is support for BTS when it is actually the opposite. Anyhoo, your channel is one of few remaining. Keep up the great work. 🎉

I always do a random clean up on my YT subscriptions and followers on Twitter. You get a sense, who is after the views and are LIGIT. I only got into Reactors when streaming BTS MV's on debut I thought if they are streaming the MV it goes towards the count. The worst Channels are McCayla, My Celebrity News, Kim fimin, Dave Disci, Cinewood Hub..because they get the views more Channels of the same nature are popping up spreading rumours and blatant lies.

I everytime I saw those channel post I report them right after I saw the thumbnail I never click their post report right away. Don't engage on those cringy channels.

I feel like even if channels like Redemption and Amere apologize it would just be for the hell of it and not because they actually care and are apologetic. They would just do it to pacify everyone criticising them😬 So the fact that they didn’t apologize is better, because we can see their true selfs and avoid channels like theirs.

Whenever those LOW channels pop up in my recommendation, I just click to report spamming and misleading then I block them.
Even when I've done a lot, they sometimes still pop up.
Because blocking only means they can never see or react to my post.
I wish they never exist in my view again, FOREVER!
