A question. Why no one builds rylais crystal scepter on katarina? It gives hp to be a little tankier, 70 ap and I think the passive is pretty useful for her ult. Enemies can't run away that easy with 30% slow. What do you think? Can you try this once?
Why slow them when you can just oneshot them

It's good to use against a bruiser/tankier team and champs that build MR like vayne (wits end) due to the 9% true damage. Otherwise if they're just squishy, I'll take Electrocute for the easy burst kills
@@KirbeastWR thanks bro. I just want to know your thoughts because I only noticed that electrocute is stronger early game but weaker in late game compared to first strike which have a steady scaling based on damage dealt.

I think it's overshadowed by the new first strike due to its 9% true damage for bruiser/tanks. If the enemies are squishy, It's better to have the Electrocute burst for the one shots imo
I main a kat but in the new update my ping went up from 60+- to 120-200 which is fatal for me

ping 2-3x cause of update?? That's weird. Try reinstalling or I saw a tip on reddit that says try playing on airplane mode. See if those help because my ping has been fine after the update

Why not first strike
Electrocute is stronger in the early game 1v1 and I usually run it against squishy enemy comp for the easy burst kills. First Strike for more bruiser/tank comp to get the 9% true damage
