I am so glad I'm not the only one who thought PREK graduations are so unnecessary. Luckily my principal feels the same way! It takes so much pressure off of me!

Luckily no graduation to prep for luckily. We do have report cards, SLO, student profiles, class list prep, packing up my room to move to the main building and switching to FULL day 4K in the fall.

The end of the year is always so busy and it seems sometimes it’s nearly a week before the last day that staff finds out what needs to be finalized. You should never have to clean any part of a school building.

Thank you for this. I have always said the end of the year should be a fun time but I end up hating it because of all the things we need to do. In my school we do all the things you mentioned plus open house. We have to decorate our classroom and display student work. Families come in the evening to visit their child’s classroom and see everything they have been working on.
