HOW DO YOU TAKE THE CHAIR APART TO BEGIN WITH??? My chairs are nearly exactly like this, and I have no idea how to start this project.

How do you take the back off?
What type of glue do you suggest for your glue gun? Also the size of the cording.
what kind of glue are you using and will it last??
Google "upholstery glue". Based on his videos, you should probably assume this guy knows what he's doing and wouldn't be using something on his projects that wasn't meant to last.
