Bob you must keep this woman, true love comes once in a lifetime. Women like Danni are diamonds, they have everything that you need in a relationship (education, intelligence, career, humility, social skills, respect etc) and if she loves you, it's true love. Keep being the gentleman you are, never change. That's what important to her, not bling, arrogance, fast cars, diamond ring, luxury things or anything to show off. A real woman isn't impressed by superficial things. I am writing this because I know how it sucks to lose a good woman. It takes a long time to recover.

That outside kitchen needs the window opened up. If possible make the window bigger on the sink area for circulation. In malawi we use a lot of firewood and charcoal. Wide windows make it easy to have the fire going also bearable to be in the kitchen when making time consuming meals. Just a thought... Love love ❤❤❤❤ you guys

Just a thought, when you change to another kitchen ...perhaps building a chimney would alleviate the smoke and therefore the blackening of the walls, if there isn't one there already?!
Also I think if you can make a laundry, with I'd suggest an industrial washing machine, due to the volume of usage. In the laundry room,also have room for a few clothes line so when it rains you can hang some clothes inside.
As for always painting the walls every 6 months, I wonder if just "whitewashing " the walls would be cheaper?? What I do is if you have a good paint ( oil based I think?) I just simply wash the wash down with some warm water and soap. Good luck,its an amazing place.
