Looks like a military challenge coin. Could only read "Duty, Honor, Country" but saw a skill badge like airborn and maybe air assault, there might have been a CAB on there as well.

The difference between the red seal and regular is that on the back it has Monticello on the back and it was only printed in 3 separate years 1928, 1953, and 1963. If the red seal were on the right hand side it would have been from 1928. The one you have is worth anywhere from $2.50 - upwards depending on grade.

That Sega Genesis has 80+ Built-in-games and also supports original carts!! Its worth like 65$ on amazon.. its basically like the new sega gensis mini they just released but you can play original carts too
That sega genesis is a gem, and about the only thing I would keep from the mystery box. Everything from the junk drawer is awesome
It looks pretty small to be an original, maybe it was one loaded with games that was made more recently. Also there weren't any games for the genesis in that box
