11:38 never ever be scared of turbulence, instead enjoy it. There is a history in Aviation, no aircraft has crashed due to turbulence. The pilots are trained to worst case extreme level conditions. Also these aircrafts are very advanced they can even fly in autopilot mode in severe turbulence. Turbulence is piece of cake for pilot and aircraft to deal with. Enjoy it and feel the power of nature.

Bhai ek toh apka seat position flight ke end area mei hai toh waha turbulence aur feels hota hai....next time to avoid the jitters book seats which are above the wing area...ya for ek row wing ke aage ya ek row wing ke peeche wala....waha thoda aur stable rehta hai because its a joint area of the whole aircraft.
Second this is airlines one of the most safest mode of transport.
Third agar aapko is se bhi khatarnaaaaak matlab bhagwan ko yaad karloge aur cheek niklegi agar aisa tadakta bhadakta turbulence experience chahiye toh delhi to kochi flight book karna during the months of august and September 😁😁 Totte parkache sab ud jaenge 😅

What you showed as heavy turbulence is more like "light chop" at max. When a powerful B777-300ER struggles to maintain cruising altitude, shaken sideways and pitching up and down rapidly while flying over the mountains of Central Asia, I'd call that moderate turbulence.
