This is actually my first ever Yt comment! I wanna say thank you! And that I’m such a fan of your channel. This year has been so hard, and I have to leave my home in Thailand after 4 years, to go back to America to take care of my mom who is battling cancer. I never thought subscribing and watching an awesome couple on TH-cam could actually bring me so much joy, and help me look forward to life and whatever challenges may come. Thanks to y’all, I’ve been able to think positively about coming back to America, being close to family again, and settling down after traveling Asia for the last few years. I look forward to your videos every week and you two are so vibrant and inspirational. You’re going to make awesome parents someday (soon hopefully!) I wish you all the luck and success in everything you do! And thanks again for just being you, and sharing that with all of us!

Frank with sunglasses “priceless”. Glad to see you guys having some fun. My husband and I went golfing one time and we were both horrible. He is left handed and would slice the ball a lot, he ended up hitting the ball into some trees and hit a squirrel. The squirrel didn’t make it and we have never golfed again. We have just had to have our porch redone and the concrete guy took awhile. Please do not pay them till the job is done to your satisfaction. We have exposed block that we now have to fix.

Something my daughter just told me last week about breaking eggs. If you don't want shells in the egg break it on a flat surface, no eggshell to pick out. She attended baking school. Love you guys!
The first eggs that your young hens lay may only have whites and no yolks. We call those cute tiny eggs Fairy Eggs or Fart Eggs. When your quantity of eggs start backing up you can crack them into silicone cupcake ups or small bowls and freeze them and then store for a long time. We have been freezing our extras and then putting them in vacuum seal bags. They can be thawed and scrambled or used for baking.
I think your videos also show a side that many of us cherish with our significant other. No matter what the activity is, with the right company it is always fun! I try that approach with my wife. You guys are awesome..
Allie, I too eat pizza with a fork. And thank you for the effort you put into editing the videos. You have no idea how much I and everyone else love the 20 to 30 min videos. It's frustrating to watch other vlogs and you get 10 minutes if you're lucky. I know it's time consuming, but much appreciated
One, you guys have mastered transitioning your van channel into a static setting. Still sooo entertaining. Two, you guys are being WAAAYYY too nice to contractor guy/company. It's one thing to be told complications have delayed things another to get no communication and not know why you aren't hearing from him/them.
It may be “totally normal” to not hear from the concrete people, but it’s totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Always remember that money talks. Hold onto payment until things happen. Quote multiple companies also to make sure you are getting reasonable quotes.

The eggs are small when hens first start laying. Just a thought: chlorophyll in their diet will make the yolks a lovely dark orange and soooo much tastier. I don't know if you let them free range, but it would be healthy for them. They also are very efficient tick eaters. I don't know if you have Lyme Disease there, but here in the NE it's awful. By experience, chickens will keep ticks way down. You guys are great!!
Are the eggs pullet eggs or is that a breed of chicken that lays a pullet egg? Or are the eggs small because the chickens are young? Ahh...Someone answered my question.
Trent, according to Google, it takes the average chicken to first laying eggs about 16 weeks, then after beginning it takes 26 hours to produce an a 2nd egg and there after. A female chicken can produce about 250 eggs in a year.

I had twenty-five hens. Let the chickens loose in the yard around 4-5 PM. Just close the coop up when it starts getting dark, they'll be in there. You can also train them to come when called. With too many eggs to eat, make egg noodles. They take about three days to dry.
When my husband was building our home that we ending up selling to move.. (all good!!) We waited for 6 WEEKS for our plumber to plumb the waste pipe etc.. my husband and son ended up doing it and it worked great!! The waiting was stressful!! :-) I am glad you both take time to enjoy other things and destress!! God bless!!

I've learned that lesson the hard way.. cracked an egg into the pan on the food I was cooking... And it was rotten.... Had to toss it all.... Lesson learned... Crack into a bowl first ...
Blood eggs are not the red dot if fertilization. It's where the chicken has a ruptured uterus. And that chicken needs to be euthanized. Only chickens that are forced to produce in the chicken Industry usually have that issued. These ones are well cared for. Also they don't have to refrigerate fresh eggs. They haven't had a sanitizing wash. So they can sit on the counter for a couple weeks or more. No issues. We don't refrigerate eggs in South America.
Hi guys. I haven't suggestion for the chicken watering system. Checked out off the ranch rain catchment chicken watering. It's a pretty cool setup He's got 2 55 gallon drums and gutters on his chicken coop that feed water into the drums with automatic waters installed in PVC pipe . The chickens can peck at and drink.. it's pretty cool setup He's had it in place for a couple years and basically maintenance free and working good.
I think the perfect time for Allie to get pregnant is when the house is 2/3 finished. I just noticed trent has a tongue ring, I thought I was seeing things on the other episodes. I'm so excited for you both, yall are living your best life and it's fun watching you both!
It sure isn't easy for the chickens to lay those normal sized eggs that are meant to deliver healthy chicks! Poor chickens...such stressy expectations. It would be so lovely to see you two love honor and respect all animals to let them live out their natural lives free of harm as you do Frank. Love most of what you do, breaks our hearts to see you eating animal products. There are AMAZING plant based products to use in all of your favorite traditional recipes that absorb all of your flavors and mimic the same texture - so much healthier for you, the animals and the planet. In UK a point of lay hen is really still a pallet - the first eggs are pulled eggs. As the hens age they’ll get bigger but when they’re really big they won’t lay so often!

Trent the TourEdge set you bought is decent kit for a beginner, nobody cares what's in your bag, nobody cares about your swing on the course, everybody started at some point and sucked. No need to be nervous. Enjoy the game. I hope we will see some golfing here and there in the vlogs, with the audience you have you could actually bring some people to the game if you'll show them you don't need a 3k worth of clubs in the bag and private club membership to enjoy the game.
and when I first started playing , my friends who drug me to the course the first time said they would give me a break by giving me a couple extra mulligans. I said I need 3 because I never played before. They said OK, so I was able to take 3. Evidently they only heard half my sentence because, what I actually said was three each hole. They let me do that because they didn't want to spend an hour on each hole while I looked for my ball. All joking aside, one thing they did do for about the first 10 times we played together was not allow me to keep score. They said don't worry about the score, just try to hit the ball and have fun.
That’s good advice introducing people to a sport they thought they couldn’t afford. I live in a retirement area and you can find expensive clubs for pennies at our local thrift stores.

Hey guys I have a suggestion for your garden because you had mentioned u have no irrigation problem. I use to help my grandmother with her garden and she had irrigation problems so we were watering them by using a hose or using those plant watering jugs. However after a few days we noticed they were looking a little better but not doing great. Well I had an idea and so I decided that we would start watering the little gardens in the evening anytime after 6pm why you ask well because when you water plants or gardens the sun is over head it can literally evaporate the water that you just watered and then the sun sucks the water out of your plants and the soil drys out to. But here's what I find what works the best for us anyway is waif until ite evening time, just wait till the sun starts getting lower like when the sun starts to slide down behind either the hills or the mountains that way the sun has pretty much has started to set. Thats when you want to start watering all of your plants and to start watering your crops then the plants that way the sun doesn't have a chance to evaporate all the water out of the plants and soil. If this works wait till morning and 9 times out of 1o you will see the huge difference in the way the plants look just from the first night of using the idea i have given you. Please let me know how it has worked for you GOODLUCK AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO WATCH OVER ALL OF YOU.
Hang the chickens water feeders from a rope or chain from a ceiling beam. It works way better than the blocks because they can't stand on it! We use a 10 gallon bucket (with a lid) and we added drinking cups to it. You can search chicken water cups, they are self filling. Then we hung it from the ceiling and no more gunk in there! It lasts a couple days before it needs a refill and has been so helpful in keeping our chickens with fresh clean water. I can link you the ones we got if you need it. :D

In Italy, most pizza comes to you in its pan, uncut, so you just go at it with your knife and fork. And most “personal” sizes are like 10-12”. Alli is doin’ it right!
Ally you need to make "Mermaid Hair" with your Young living oils. It's amazing. You spray it on after washing and conditioning. 4oz spray bottle 20 d cedarwood 20 d Lavender 20 d rosemary 10 d geranium 1 teaspoon Argan oil 3 oz. Witch hazel Fill to top with distilled water. Spray on fresh washed hair. I'm obsessed! Not sticky or stiff.
I used jumbo flour sack towels to plop or plunk, back before I cut it off. They're super useful all around (I've got like 20 of them), and they don't rough your hair up as much as I felt like t-shirt material did.
Once I showed my boy the eggs he was hooked. We have plenty but he still says more chickens. We cook them every which way, eat them in salads, use them in so many recipes, it's great.
Dear Trent & Allie, I truly enjoy watching your adventures. My husband and I also bought land in Utah and lived there mostly all summer long. We lived in Las Vegas but would traveled ever weekend to Duck Creek Village. It is east of Cedar City. We had a 1/2 acre of land in the mountains behind the village. Our HillTop Haven. If you ever get a chance you should check out the area...great hiking, fishing and beautiful historic scenery. Mammoth Caves, Navajo lake and many great places to visit. Those were some of the happiest days we ever had. Let me know if you take the trip!💕🐾🌻🌼👍

Marigolds too help yellow up those yolks, the fresher the egg the more the yolk stands up out of the white.

Egg tip: When you crack them open get a separate bowl just in case of b!ood eggs or rotten ones. 😁 I had to throw away cake batter because of that.😩
if there is a spot of blood in an egg it means it was fertilized, but if no roosters are present this will not happen.
also do a water float test to see if eggs are good to use (i posted it above)

It sure isn't easy for the chickens to lay those normal sized eggs that are meant to deliver healthy chicks! Poor chickens...such stressy expectations. It would be so lovely to see you two love honor and respect all animals to let them live out their natural lives free of harm as you do Frank. Love most of what you do, breaks our hearts to see you eating animal products. Wishing you luck with the cement. It was the water and septic that held up getting our construction finished. BTW while those eggs were small most of the ones in the store are way larger then the eggs you will get it’s all good because your eggs are better.

In UK a point of lay hen is really still a pallet - the first eggs are pulled eggs. As the hens age they’ll get bigger but when they’re really big they won’t lay so often!

Trent the TourEdge set you bought is decent kit for a beginner, nobody cares what's in your bag, nobody cares about your swing on the course, everybody started at some point and sucked. No need to be nervous. Enjoy the game. I hope we will see some golfing here and there in the vlogs, with the audience you have you could actually bring some people to the game if you'll show them you don't need a 3k worth of clubs in the bag and private club membership to enjoy the game.
and when I first started playing , my friends who drug me to the course the first time said they would give me a break by giving me a couple extra mulligans. I said I need 3 because I never played before. They said OK, so I was able to take 3. Evidently they only heard half my sentence because, what I actually said was three each hole. They let me do that because they didn't want to spend an hour on each hole while I looked for my ball. All joking aside, one thing they did do for about the first 10 times we played together was not allow me to keep score. They said don't worry about the score, just try to hit the ball and have fun.
That’s good advice introducing people to a sport they thought they couldn’t afford. I live in a retirement area and you can find expensive clubs for pennies at our local thrift stores.

Hey guys I have a suggestion for your garden because you had mentioned u have no irrigation problem.
I use to help my grandmother with her garden and she had irrigation problems so we were watering them by using a hose or using those plant watering jugs.
However after a few days we noticed they were looking a little better but not doing great.
Well I had an idea and so I decided that we would start watering the little gardens in the evening anytime after 6pm why you ask well because when you water plants or gardens the sun is over head it can literally evaporate the water that you just watered and then the sun sucks the water out of your plants and the soil drys out to. But here's what I find what works the best for us anyway is waif until ite evening time, just wait till the sun starts getting lower like when the sun starts to slide down behind either the hills or the mountains that way the sun has pretty much has started to set.
Thats when you want to start watering all of your plants and to start watering your crops then the plants that way the sun doesn't have a chance to evaporate all the water out of the plants and soil.
If this works wait till morning and 9 times out of 1o you will see the huge difference in the way the plants look just from the first night of using the idea i have given you. Please let me know how it has worked for you

My daughter plops her hair in GA. I added Mermaid Hair for a little formula on great hair control without sticky stiffness.
Hang the chickens water feeders from a rope or chain from a ceiling beam. It works way better than the blocks because they can't stand on it! We use a 10 gallon bucket (with a lid) and we added drinking cups to it. You can search chicken water cups, they are self filling. Then we hung it from the ceiling and no more gunk in there! It lasts a couple days before it needs a refill and has been so helpful in keeping our chickens with fresh clean water. I can link you the ones we got if you need it. :D

Ally you need to make "Mermaid Hair" with your Young living oils. It's amazing. You spray it on after washing and conditioning.
4oz spray bottle
20 d cedarwood
20 d Lavender
20 d rosemary
10 d geranium
1 teaspoon Argan oil
3 oz. Witch hazel
Fill to top with distilled water. Spray on fresh washed hair.
I'm obsessed! Not sticky or stiff.
Essential oils are very potent. It is possible to overdo it and become allergic and start having reactions. Just a warning.
I used jumbo flour sack towels to plop or plunk, back before I cut it off. They're super useful all around (I've got like 20 of them), and they don't rough your hair up as much as I felt like t-shirt material did.

Once I showed my boy the eggs he was hooked. We have plenty but he still says more chickens. We cook them every which way, eat them in salads, use them in so many recipes, it's great.

Dear Trent & Allie, I truly enjoy watching your adventures. My husband and I also bought land in Utah and lived there mostly all summer long. We lived in Las Vegas but would traveled ever weekend to Duck Creek Village. It is east of Cedar City.
We had a 1/2 acre of land in the mountains behind the village. Our HillTop Haven.
If you ever get a chance you should check out the area...great hiking, fishing and beautiful historic scenery. Mammoth Caves, Navajo lake and many great places to visit. Those were some of the happiest days we ever had. Let me know if you take the trip!💕🐾🌻🌼👍

Hang your chicken water up just enough to keep them from stepping in it and they can reach it. should stay cleaner.
Shower cap works great on RV smoke detector while cooking. Plus it hanging from the ceiling makes it easy to remember to remove the cap afterwards.
