  • Description: We spent four nights at Look Rock Campground in the Great Smoky Mountains. We went there to do some leaf peaking and enjoy the fall colors. In addition to camping, we did some hiking and a lot of scenic driving including the Foothill Parkway and ‘The Tail of the Dragon’. We also visited Fontana Dam and Laurel Fall.

Nice video. Thanks for the memories. I used to make a trip in my converted van every year in May to the Smokies. Camped at Look Rock many times during the 1970s. Also camped at Elkmont. Cades Cove campground was always a madhouse. Back then it was fairly busy but nothing like it is now. I'm glad I went when I did. Beautiful place. P.S. Who's that singing "Hey Darlin'"?

We are happy that you enjoyed the video and that it brought back such positive memories. We really loved our experience there and plan to return soon. The song you are asking about is "Honey Take My Hand" by Cody Francis. We use Epidemic Sound, and that is where we found it.
