Have a th350 been built has a Hughes manual valve body trans brake when i hit the button can hear the solenoid activating and see the plunger drop but only getting a slight engage. No reverse. When I put it in first it just blows through the foot brake so it's not holding on the trans brake but the solenoid seems to be functioning what would you recommend i look for thank

Looks like a de-icing deflatior solenoid. The front of the wing has a rubber "bag'" that inflates, to break off built up ice. To deflate the bag the solenoid is activated to release the air.

I need a 400 transbrake where I can leave in 1st or 2rd gear on the transbrake,Because I run some big and small tire events and if Jake offers that could I get a part Number?Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Do you think you could run this on a daily application my transmission shop doesn’t think I should run a trans brake on a dailyed car

Bad idea.....trans brake ups line pressure and wears pump. If that doesn't bother you then party on .

@@trentbacon1050higher line pressure equals less slip during shifts so I’m not sure where you got your info. I have daily drive a rmvb trans brake th400 for years….
