Thank you for the video. This is my "backyard". After following the daily reports and updates online, it is good to see a video report. Thank you again. Stay safe out there.
That’s Upper Peppermint you’re referring to. We used to camp there 14 years ago, back when the forest was managed. We used to get burn permits back then. We’ve gone back to show the kids where they camped as babies. Ran into USF personnel. They thought we were lying about our camp fires. 😂 Shame the culture as changed so much.
Thanks for this video. It’s cool to see what it looks like. As opposed to reading about it and not being able to see the conditions. But why do you lower or hide your camera? Are you not supposed to be filming them?
I just don't want to look like a reporter. I am a volunteer fire fighter but since I don't drive around in a big red truck they might think I am a lookyloo
@@MrAlpin That makes sense! I really appreciate and like your videos that I have watched so far. I’m down in Visalia but we used to own a cabin up at Sequoia Crest. So that area will always be in my heart.

Do you know if Camp#2 on Bone Creek/ 22S82 has been effected?
I am wondering this as well!
