274 days *3.5 CPN/365 (ACT/ACT) = 2.62739 = seller accrued interest, Bond buyer will pay the bond seller (98.50 clean price + Accrued Interest 2.62739)=Dirty price

Mam if the issue price of bond is $100 and buyer buys it @$98.5 so accrued interest will be calculated on 100 Or 98.5
