I use dns override app. It can override dns for wifi and cellular.

@@JH-wo6zd I actually found out where apple changes the dns for what they call it “smart dns” I had to jailbreak and change the plist file to say “false” instead of true and now my phone no longer changes the dns and doesn’t lose service as often
