Kyalami used to be such an awesome racetrack, nice corners, elevation changes. Those days 85 South African cents bought you a US Dollar, nowadays it's about 2000
Stunning Cars. Awesome Performance and proofs you dont need a racing series where there is engine rules, especially everyone having the same engine displacement etc. Legend drivers. Bring it back.
Fantastic racing! Thank you very much for sharing. But was this not 1987? Was Tony Viana not still racing the 745i and building the M5 towards the end of 1986 and into 1987?
Raced National motorcycles there. That track killed many of my fellow motorcycle racers. The tracks were only set up for cars. Between the concrete barriers ,armco and catch fencing! 🤦♂🤦♂
I suppose you never heard that the ""kitchen foil special"" that beat the best of the best that motor manufacturers had to offer at Le Mans was a Mazda 787. And there are many who say that the 787 was the best sounding race car engine ever. I can only guess you were washing the dishes when that race was run. And another tip- watch another "kitchen foil special"" called the Nissan Skyline of Nissan GTR. Your eyes will open up!
@@markprinsloo4258 My eyes are open. Those kitchen foil specials are STOLEN IDEAS from EUROPEAN manufacturers. They bribe traitors from Europe to do the work, as does your country. Japan is still fighting WW2, by different methods. They move into a country, sell their copies under the cost of production, Con the mugs into buying them with their lies about reliability. Japanese people CANNOT buy European cars. Japan, although a signatory to the World Trade Organisation Regulations, breaks those rules EVERY DAY with illegal tariffs, financial restrictions on bank accounts. And South Korea has copied those rules from Japan to keep out international competition. You live in a fantasy world. Watch that Le Mans win again, all 24 hours, and just keep a watch on WHO is running, servicing and maintaining the Mazda, exactly the same people who helped Toyota, Honda in both real sports car racing, and fake Formula One cars controlled by engineers in the pits. But you won't. And if I asked you to study Socio-Political Economics, you'd refuse to do that as well. You are not the boss of your own mind. You've sold out.
@matthewschinazzi6594 I am a European, where all cars, by European manufacturers, are CARS. Anything by the Japanese, or Koreans, are NOT cars, no matter where they are made. Both countries broke copyright laws to build their vehicles, neither are driven by sane people, who understand finances, and know about the deliberate destruction of industry outside their own two countries. So, NO, I do not "drive" a Hyundai, which is a KIA with a different badge. And most Chevrolet are just Daewoo with a different badge.
BEST EVER RACING FORMULA NEVER MISSED THE KYALAMI MEETINGS ‼️🔥🔥🔥
Good old days. I would swop today with that day any day.

Was Hepburn’s Sierra running a N/A XR8 engine or a 4-cylinder turbo unit?
The Animal ran a N/A 5.0 V8.
Hepburn only ran V8's
Is that Pace Car a 333i
I watched this, right up until that word was mentioned. "Mazda". Never watch anything with Japanese vehicles, kitchen foil specials, not cars. DRC.

Jis Boet, gaan praat stront in Europa. Daar is vele Japs wat die stof in enige Europese kar se oë skop.
@matthewschinazzi6594 He definitely drives a Hyundai.
