    This is really great. His other acoustic performances of this terrific ballad are bleak and angry (and great) and this one is almost jaunty. It has a rollicking Jimmy Buffett feel to it.

      Agreed and I reckon it makes it better, though ,as you said the previous arrangement great,I like the added drums etc.

      ..the crowd certainly enjoyed it,sad but uplifting and no one does that better than dylan.
