I had two NNN properties just before the crash of 2009. An office building in GA and an industrial building in Mesa AZ. The AZ sat empty for two years and the office building in Atlanta went broke and sucked me down too! Be aware of single tenant properties!
I don’t do offices or industrial, never had the balls. I stick to big corporate and necessity types. Sorry for your losses.
