Interesting. My take on it always was him using his gravity to manipulate where the ball lands and using observation haki to somehow perceive the state of the roulette, but that doesn't make much sense since inanimate things don't have "feelings" or "thoughts" per se. Great catch.
That one guy made a very good point what if the devil fruit is in the sword not fujitora himself that would be the biggest payout so far from the navy.
What if the powers are in the sword and fujitora either doesn't have any or has one we havent seen. I mean they never said a devil fruit user cant weild a devil fruit weapon.
