This is a very good lesson for any adult really. Being smart with money is important in adulthood. Weddings are not cheap either. Sometimes being a grown up means you have to swallow your pride & focus on the little things, especially in a very expensive year like 2022. If Mindy was a good friend, she would understand Yazmin's financial situation. I know most of my friends cannot afford to take a vacation to Cabo, Miami, or New York.

This is the first Dhar Mann video that’s ever made me cry. It literally made me sob. I’m still crying while writing this down. I don’t what it was about - the feeling of whether or not your friends care about you or what. It just hit me in the feels. I’m still a child, and barely go to weddings. I have never thought of really how much more important it is to be with your family and friends, not just your fairytale wedding with your spouse. So, I’m going to listen to this video. Not because it’s making me a better person, but because I truly care about others and I have experienced what it’s like to be alone or feel like you have nothing. I have felt the hardship of feeling like no one understands you or even cares about you. That’s why I say this now. That’s why I try to be the best I possibly can because even if I’m having a hard time, I try to give others the best time of their life. I obviously still give time for myself though, because I wouldn’t want to be in a bad mental state. That would literally demolish my goals. If you want; set a goal for yourself. To take care of other people. And, most importantly, you.
