CEBU trip 2024

This trip has load of firsts for us:
-first ever summer vacation in the Philippines again with our family since we began working overseas.
-first summer holiday as married couple.
-first time of Finuliar-Bariso family to travel completely via plane.
-first time of Finuliar's to visit Cebu and meet Tamundo's (my mum's side)
-firs time of Finuliar's, especially my husband, to eat authentic Cebu lechon.
Places we visited:
-Simala Shrine (Roman catholic pilgrimage site; Our Lady of Lindogon)
-TOPS (tourist spot with 360 panoramic view)
-Bukid Tres (a must try resto offering Filipino food on budget for family)
-Carbon market (variety of street food and lechon with musical band serenading all the diners)
-Carcar market (where you can try different tastes of Cebu lechon)
-Island hopping while eating on the boat. One of which is the Nalusuan Island where the Fish Sanctuary can be found.
-Magellan's cross
-Minor Basilica of Holy child of Cebu (Sto.Niño church)
-Gilutongan island (celebrated the island's feast while bonding with Tamundo's)
