I use a waitress apron, there's four pockets I keep the singles in one pocket, I keep the fives in the next pocket, I keep the tens in the next pocket, and then I put all the big bills in the far right pocket, I don't really trust people to leave a cash box around I used to use one and it just doesn't seem like something I want to pay attention to
