Sonus faber AmatiG5 speakers

Hi Everyone!
Today we're taking a look at the new Amati G5 speakers which sit at the top of the refreshed Homage collection. It'd be an understatement to say that we're impressed with how these have performed straight out of the box.
These are definitely some of the best speakers we've ever been fortunate enough to have in the store.

I have a Luxman 509X integrated amplifier with an output of 150W. Would the Sonus Faber Amati G5 pair well with this amplifier?

Thank you for this great review. You paired it E800. How would it be to pair them with E5000, as SF is already a smooth sweet sounding speaker?

Thanks for the great video! Beautiful speakers...can you talk about how they compare acoustically with the new Platinum 3G that you also reviewed?

as much as I like the Amati I believe that the platinum 3G will be even better The driver technology is much better in the platinum and the MPD Tweeter is way better than any dome tweeter on the market much more three-dimensional natural sounding that's my opinion though but I like Sonus Faber as well, just not as much as the platinum.

I bought the G2 Serafino's and I love them, they have the same beauty and build but I'm wondering if the extra money is worth it for the better woofers... if you have familiarity for both I'd be interested in your opinion.

I am unfamiliar with the G2s, but I have heard the G4 and 5 Serifinos, and they are light years apart.
The G5s are just so much more full bodied and refined sounding than the G4s.
I always thought the G4 serifinos we’re really good for a couple of different genres of music (classical and Jazz, but lacked the bass and presence for rock and pop), but the 5s can play just about anything and sound amazing.

Thanks for the video. But now I have a big problem. I must choose now between the Amati G5 or the B&W 801 D4. Do you have an opinion ? My Configuration : Mcintosh C12000 + Mcintosh MC462 + Mcintosh MCD 12000 + AURENDER N20 + CLEARAUDIO OVATION.

801 unreal for jazz, blassicsl with a crisp bright sound. So us a deep rich relaxed sound with a silk dome tweeter, never fatiguing but can lack a bit sometimes. SF plays everything great.
