Dumbdog didn't have all of the information she did either. Kara knew she was bad, Ovilee was the only campaigned person besides her, meaning everyone but Ovilee and Dumbdog were bad. Dumbdog can't really be 2 steps ahead when he's lacking that much information, you give him far too much credit if you do.

To be fair, part of that is Kara playing with this version of Politician more in her Among Us lobbies- but imo she’s the only one with the experience and knowledge of this particular iteration to have made that play #ChangeMyView (not counting DumbDog who was the actual politician)

That's why I don't think it's necessarily big brain. The decisiveness and speed that she reacted to the information Dumbdog gave them is what I find impressive.
I love the role now over old Mayor which didn’t require any “skill” to override democracy (yes I know swapper also does that). Having to work to campaign to unlock extra votes is so flavourful

Yeah I watched this on DD's vod and it would have been extremely easy to figure out who the killer was if Steve had just said it was 2 seconds before the round ended. 😂 It's pretty hard to be sneaky as the medic because the killer KNOWS that the medic is going to try to tease that info out.

Why did Dumbdog think it might have been Junk attacking him? His attacker was clearly still alive because they knew to shoot Steve as soon as he was asking about DD's route.

Any killer could have sussed him as the medic based purely on him immediately asking DumbDog what his round was like before he even had a chance to talk about the body he was reporting. The moment you should watch starts at about 8:40. You can watch earlier parts of the meeting/video for more context, but I think the way Hafu does it there is probably the best I've seen. She waits for a pretty long time, allowing multiple people to say several things, then she just sneaks it in there, and manages to pull it off without being suspicious. I specifically remember being impressed by this, so when I saw your comment I was like “Wait! What's that one vid with Hafu as medic?” so I searched through all my recently watched videos from this channel until I found it. 😅 I made a comment yesterday for you but it got deleted, probably because I included a link to the video I'm referring to. Hopefully this time it works, sorry that you have to find it yourself - I tried to make it easier!

I am thinking and there is a case where Kara could have been wrong at the end -- had *Ovilee* been Arsonist and Janet a neutral role (exe, amne, or jester), Dumbdog would have still successfully revealed despite campaigning Kara and Ovilee because he would be the only crewmate left. But to be fair, neither Janet nor Ovilee was giving exe or jester vibes, and Kara likely took this into account.
I don't think the game should have ended there since DD was mayor and they could vote out imposter. Traditionally it ends there because in vanilla among us it is impossible to vote out imposters at that point
Eh, I get the argument, but I feel like that would make Mayor too OP. Because you'd only need one person to guarantee a vote out, and you have that automatically. Either the the last remaining crew if the Mayor is targeting an Imp, or the Imps of the Mayor thinks it's the other crew. Maybe if it only worked if the Mayor entered the meeting already revealed from a previous meeting, and it I'd they revealed in THAT meeting, so Imps have a chance to kill them first.

They really need to change modded so if there's still a win con for crewmates with roles the game doesn't end when imposters outnumber them. In unmodded the game ends to save time because crewmates can't win at that point but in modded it's completely different.

True, but it doesn't matter coz there's still a low percentage for them to win. There are only 2 crewmates remaining left, and 2 impostors and 1 neutral killer are still alive.
Politician role has the ability to "Campaign" people. Once they campaign all the crewmates remaining in the game, Politician then can turn into Mayor. When he says they were "politicianed" (shown in the meeting with the teal/cyan colored letters) it means he only campaigned to them, which esentially clears at least one of them as crewmate. In this case, Ovilee was the only remaining crew.

Evil roles dont help you mayor reveal, you have to get the majority crewmates campaigned. Since he campaigned to 2/4 people and was able to reveal as mayor, the people he campaigned to must have included the majority of crewmates left@TheGadgetPanda

Everybody hyping Kara (and she obviously is good, but we knew that) when it was literally a 50/50 after Dumbdog revealed himself as the Mayor. And since she knows she's Impostor... Come on guys, anybody would've figured this one out :P
It's not that tough a deduction to make, but I think a lot of people in the lobby don't know how to grapple with Politician info. Hell, half of them probably still don't know how it works.
