The people who made the animations in the video made the figures themselves, with the figure builder. What do you mean it won't let you use the figures from Droidz? Does Pivot give an error message when you try to load them? What version of Pivot do you have?

Peter Bone can u fix this bug pls ? So this one time I created a animation but then I missed a frame I went back to the begining to add it but it wont let me it just adds a new frame to the end of the project n the onion skin was based off the frame right before the end
You can't right click the first frame and insert a frame?

If you want to have something like flash then use flash. Pivot will always be kept simple. Most effects can be created if you put the effort in.

Pivot 4 contains no virus that will harm your computer at all, it's a false alarm. Turn your antivirus off temporarily if it's stopping you from downloading.
Just know that the virus is fake.
Also great collab again like I said on DD! Deserves more views.

+Leo Dean The official website is pivotanimator.net . The only links are the ones on the site. You will have to trust me. There are no viruses. If you like you can use virustotal and check which anti-virus software is blocking the download. You will see that only 3 out of 65 are flagging it as unsafe because they're over cautious. Ok, my anti - virus software "Norton" said it was not safe. And it asked me permission if I could let it duplicate itself, I clicked on the button the homepage that said "Download Pivot"

Fire and lightning are made from many small figures. To make something move fast you just have to move it a lot between frames.

CJMW Animations Only if you move it fast all the time. Using large spacing is acceptable for fast powerful movements as long as it's used sparingly.

This is one of the things that inspired me to animate On PIVOT.

According to the statistics, the number of views per day has been gradually increasing for the last 4 months. Also, something happened on September 9th where it got a lot of hits from Germany in 1 day. It must have been featured on a popular German site, but TH-cam doesn't say which one.

im so happy some people are using this animating engine cause people would just use stick nodes or something else but its just so heart warming to see them using it
p.s if ur wondering why im so dramatic cus this is the engine i use and plus these anims are so smooth and in it its hard to make a smooth anim

Pivot Animator is not a virus. I can tell you this. I've been using Pivot 2 for a while, and it has no virus.

For pivot this is really smooth, great job!
Nothing was done in flash. All the animations were submitted to me as Piv files. I then exported them as AVI videos and edited them together using a video editor without adding any additional effects. Have a look on the animator (dot) net forum and you'll find Piv files of equal quality. Almost anything can be made in Pivot with enough patience.

How would that work? In Pivot 4 you can already use Ctrl drag to change the length of segments. Full 3D effects would make the interface too complex.

This is pivot. It is clearly said in the title. Please, note, this is not the place to ask that question, as it is not relevant to this topic.
I don't know what sprites are available in the Pivot 3 beta pack from droidz.org. These aren't 'official'. Most likely your text sprite is bigger and therefore slower to draw to the screen when animating or playing the animation. Try making it smaller before loading it into Pivot.
