My hometown is Boise and I’m sad to inform you that locals pronounce it boy-C (boy-see 👀) not boy-Z like the band 😅😘 thanks for what you do! This was so fun and so helpful! I actually made my journal page for today with all of these tips plus some extra notes! I think the discussion on pluralistic ignorance was especially helpful as we all feel like we want to belong somewhere and if we believe that we are the only ones who think/act a certain way, then we would have a hard time belonging in any one group/community.

I just had to watch this video again... they are all so good, it's hard to decide which one to watch again!! I've decided you nice ladies are my new THERAPISTS. I'm not sure it's cheaper than having a 'real' therapist, but you are my favorite planner people, so it works for me. I love seeing your planner pages and how neat you both (or really ALL of you) plan in your planners at first I felt kind of "less than" or "shamed", but I've reworked that over in my head to remember the words of my two favorite therapists... there is NO PERFECT planning!! I'm holding onto that advice! Looking forward to your next video... PLUG!!!
my psychiatrist told me to get the laurel denise planner. that woman has my life in her hands, so when she says something i listen to her. i just picked up my horizontal undated. hoping it can help pull me out of the grad school musician burn out!!!

Some words of advice. Boise State University is my Alma mater. Boise comes from the French 'Boise', meaning wooded. The French-Canadian trappers found the wooded valley along the river a great relief from the high plains dessert all around, and started a community on the river. There is No Z, in the pronunciation. If you ever go to Idaho, please don't pronounce it with a Z. You will be looked down on or lectured. I speak from experience. Thank you for all the fun and information about ways to work through our procrastination. It is nice hearing when people reference Idaho for something other than POTATOES. Christina
