vols fan here and i have to say that this was one of the most exciting games i have watched in awhile. watched it in downtown chicago and was drunk as hell! had a blast even though ut lost and i was the only guy wearing orange anywhere in sight
Georgia became complacent and started cruising, allowing UT to get back in the game. If UGA hadnt turned the ball over so much, it would have been a 51-21 type game. UGA is 9-4 vs Tennessee since 2000. Accept it.
Yeah, this game did remind me of south carolina last year. We were at home, we were leading by about two touchdowns then mistakes were made like you mentioned to make them catch up. Except tennessee's defense is not good this year, so we got fortunate, but last year's south carolina had a good defense with clowney, that's why we weren't as fortunate.
Georgia killed themselves with their own mistakes in 2013, thats the only reason it was a close game. As long as UGA is healthy, Tenn cannot stop them.

The UG Dawgs didn't become complacement Vols were playing with a lot to prove after the embarassment of the Gators game, so even with getting down by more 14 points they would not go away quietly, and were a team that UG Dawgs couldn't pull away from until finally the critical turnover. In this game the Vols made the clutch plays they failed to make in the Gators game.

LSU scheduale was harder than UGA's. They played UF, A&M, Bama and Scar. UGA only beat 1 ranked team in it's regular season.
