Have my eyes on New World for a bit now, but was wondering about the gear grind, especially to get into pvp. Am I gonna get absolutely destroyed by players with much higher gearscore than me, and does it take too long to get to the point where I have good gear?
I recommend buying a pvp rdy account on g2g.com it'll save u alot of time and they are cheap. It took me 100 hours to get pvp rdy, u can pvp before hitting lv 60 as well. Once u hit lv 60 then u are 500 gearscore and just have to level up your expertise on weapons and armor etc. I'd look into buying an account the pvp is awesome in this game
@@Kerkh0ff Not really a fan of buying an account, especially because I'd be wanting to try this game out with friends and that's not something I'd recommend for them. I don't mind grinding for the gear, playing BDO now and that game is far more grindy. But I'm just trying to gauge to see if I wanna stick with BDO or maybe try NW again
@soneca798 I see ok well leveling to 60 is alot easier now than in the past, there's so many quests that all give tons of exp and once u get to lv 53 there's an expedition called dynasty shipyard you can do for 12k exp each time and get to lv 60 quick. There's tons of ways u can level up expertise score including just buying mats off trader and using em at the gypsum kiln. I enjoyed learning the game while leveling to 60 tbh. The perks that are on ur weapons/armor/jewelry are very important so if u find good gear on traders u can compete for sure
