      You’re right about the CA bar being notoriously difficult , which is usually around 50% or lower pass rate, but the baby bar low pass rate is likely bc you have people from unaccredited schools taking it, so the quality and competency of that pool is waaaaay lower since those are usually students that couldn’t get into accredited law schools. I’m obviously generalizing but don’t give her that much credit. And it’s not as if she didn’t have top attorneys from top firms tutoring her the whole way through. Her ass should’ve passed. We have one of, if not the, highest amount of prisoners and women in prisons than other first world countries. It’s nearly impossible for criminals to make it because of the restrictions, difficulty in getting housing and a job, and the fees due immediately upon release, unless they have someone to support them when they get out. When Trump passed something that helped a bunch of inmates get released who were charged for non violent petty drug offenses which was backed by Kim. She helped fund their reformation and reentry into the outside and helped them find their family. • @AWindy94
      @AWindy94 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @AeonReign I agree that apprenticeships can create great opportunities however I feel like the way our society currently executes them is not efficient. Originally apprenticeships had a lot more benefits than they do now. I understand that the cheap labor is supposed to be a motivating factor for the company, but it isn't sustainable in the long term on a macro scale. What should be the motivating factor for a business is having an employee they only have to train once for the next several years or even decades for one position which alone saves them tons of money on turn over rate. I think perhaps a contract stating that the apprentice agrees to provided services for a certain amount of time in an apprenticeship, as well as covering the benefits for the apprentice from the employer, like on job training, medical benefits, incrementally increasing salary, and opportunities for growth, would be a more societally beneficial system.
