I always keep on top of my hygiene in the field last thing I do at night is heat some water, wash with soap and a microfiber towel, then brush my teeth with cold water, I talc my feet, armpits and groin only then will I go to sleep. I can't get into a sleep system sweaty and dirty it's just how I was trained.
