A mega sale, congrats. You seem to sell a lot of fragile items so just wondering what couriers you use for them? As many don't seem to offer compensation/cover for glass, ceramics etc or do you just bare the risk?

Royal Mail for 95% of it. We take the risk and if stuff gets damaged then we’ll eat it. Gladly not happened yet 🤞
