Unfortunately I beat it with when I was fully T18 geared.
Although try this setup, if you are DPS;
Tank (I would recommend Teithyus, or Drelvy if you got one)
DPS (Penguita or Ukalis)
You
DPS (Penguita or Ukalis)
Bait (Any bait that isn't block chance, like Oladus or Glarzods)
