indian film industry is worst. Especially bollywood and tollywood. Only in Marathi, bengali, Malyalam, tamil, gujrati movies we see so many theatre actors. Meanwhile in bollywood and tollywood all are just nepokids and models. Even I also used to work for Zee And star serials and movies as an AD and worked in some short films. Bt as a men we can't work contract base for almost 4-5 yrs. We have family so I stop working in filmline. And started working as a real job as an software engineer. In film line only 1-2 people become successful out of 1000. So nepotism is the only option. So many of my friends and seniors who passed out from ftti, and other film institutes get a less salary jobs. And these nepokids get crore rupees job in their 20s. Here seriously no one care about talent. There are so many talented people who get work when they cross their age 30-40. And these useless stars get in thier 20s. Its obvious at the age of 30-40 hardly actors Will get good lead roles. Also Govn need to add some regulations and rules for min salary and late salaries. There is no any proper health insurance. People get injuries on set still these selfish actors, directors, producers don't care. Most up/ bihari Migrants working in this industry becuz they work in less salary. They wanted people who work in less Salary not talented people. After farmers most people do suscide in film industry. Most corrupted industry in the world. I felt happy when I left this industry. Also felt sad for those people who don't get enough money in this industry. Plz leave this industry if u don't get enough money. Or fight for right value and salary. Also I've made 2 short films and in future may work and make short film or movie with my own money. Cuz these currupted industry don't help anyone except settings.

@@mralyyt2449 cuz I'm 2017 passout in computer engineering. Till 2020 getting jobs in cs was easy. These faang youtuber ruined career of new cs graduates. Now getting cs job is very difficult. These TH-camr ruined next generation by selling their courses and false hopes.

@@mralyyt2449 I'm saying in covid all TH-camrs especially faang employees started selling courses and told everyone that change ur career in IT and earn good salary. Hence then all students including non IT students started buying and was learning coding, data science and other courses. So becuz of that supply of IT engineers increased a lot. And demand became less. I graduated from Pune University in 2017. Bt i didn't go for placements as I wanted to do career in film line. Bt then due to corruption and nepotism in film line I started doing IT job once again in 2018. I already said those days u just had to good in English , some clg project, coding, oops, data base knowledge and needed any cs degree to get a job. Sw engineer Interviews were easy that time compared to today. Nowdays everyone including even a commerce, arts student want to do career in CS and it hence degree has no value. Ultra, extraordinarily Skills matter. Bt as a fresher it's difficult as our engineering curriculum is 20 yrs old. U need skills not theory.
