Saw this episode after seeing the recent podcast of Rajat ji with Smita Prakash.
In that, Rajat ji agreed he was bit too hard with Arunji in this interview and he almost regretted for it.
He went to Arunji afterwards and apologized.
But they are best of friends.
Arunji the senior of the two said, tum apna kaam thik se kar rahey theey, mujhe koi apaatti nai.
Both thorough professionals.

Arun Jaitley spoke to the point, intelligent people will understand prejudiced and low IQ fellows will just find faults.
I'm Indian in ancestry with an IQ of 155 got myself into Stanford electric dept. So try not to generalize. In fact it were the Indians who made some phenomenal discoveries in string theories and quantum physics that too staying within the framework of Indian education system. But 22% of Indian population is general caste while rest 78% is backward and that pulls the average quite below.

With respect, first time seeing an Intellectual like Rajat Sharma lost the plot. Media has to set the tone seeing the long term benefits of this decision.
1st time I found Rajat Sharma was asking so stupid and baseless questions..Feel pity for you Rajat
he wasn't. the no of questions based on facts were greatly outnumbered by the inconvenience questions he had to ask. any interview no matter how big/great is the topic you can have only 1 hour. only during modi's speech in independence day there was 2 hour speech. rest everything will be less than 1 hour.
so rajat had to prioritize the questions and thus he was arguing with the most important questions that needed answer. he did well
I wanted to hear of questions regarding whether in the coming parliament session they will be able to beat off the opposition and will there be any possible medium for this to stop? what how will the economy be in next 2 months period.

very strong decision by a courageous government .... salute , respect and love.
It is SAD that we are not ready to face some hardship for such a major change in our nation.
There is no doubt that people have suffered and will continue to suffer some days more. However as FM stated, one has to understand the long term benefits. There is a video presentation by Mr. Arun Bokil who is the mastermind behind this bold decision. People have narrated their personal hardships are related to Marriage ceremonies and hospitalization etc. These are very few incidences, but certainly Govt can not give exemptions to these cases, otherwise there are 2 most eligible bachelors (Salman and RaGa) in India who would have got married and divorced several times in order to convert black money to white. As for treatment at private hospitals, one should lodge a police complaints against the hospitals which do not accept cheque or card payments for the treatment. And IT should investigate such hospitals.

It was good that Rajat sharma brought all these issues buzzing around each others mind which was cleared eloquently. Now its actually us who have to think what is good for ourselves than on just believing what our politicians or any media are saying or projecting. I support Govt move against black money. Its a real brave move and I wish it can done in Pakistan too but govt should allow people to withdraw as much money as they want. In Australia, every person keep money in banks and use debit card.

Main bhi uske support me hun . lekin jo log cheque se payment nahi le rahe hain unka kya? jaise aapne over night ye notes ko ban kr diya waise hi ek order bhi kr de ki sabhi ko lena hoga cheque se payment. aur jinke ghar abhi within one month shadi hai ghar pe ya jo log hospital me admit hain. unhe 1-2 police protection bhi de den so that koi mana nahi kr paye payment lene se. isse atleast jinke ghar shadi hai aur jo log serious situation me hain unki problems khatm ho jayengi.Thank you sir.

Maybe rajat sharma thought that if he is easy with Jaitely, people would question his professional integrity. To protect it, i feel his interrogation is somewhat going towards insanity. It is Rajat sharma who backed Jaitely on DDCA corruption charges framed against him by Kejriwal.
