This might be the dumbest question yet, but here I go: Why would the hero Leon is resonated to make a difference in the outcome? I mean, only the stats of the base hero are used, so why would, when comparing otherwise identical matches, it matter what base hero Leon is renovated to?
Bc newer resonate heros adopt the 3 skills of whoever they're resonating with. So if you resonate Leon with Maggie, he will have Maggie's skills, plus the one extra skill of his that can be upgraded.
@@collijeno offense, but that is the furthest thing from the truth if you are answering his question above… his question states “Is Leon(Limitless Compatible/Capable Resonance Hero) Stronger than a Level 7 Joker(Not a Limitless Capable Resonance Hero) during the Generation 7 Magnus, Grimm & Cardini all Limitless as well as Generation 8 Hank, Tina, Courtney/Diablo Limitless….. which if you put any of the limitless heroes resonated with the Joker, they would automatically be put at a Handicap, and would no longer be “Breaking The Limits…. Aka have their super overpowered skills which max at Level 9… with the addition to 2 Syringes needed for each skill to become maxed…” and they would be restricted to the Jokers Maximum Skill Level of 5, and be in use of his Skills only. However Leon, just like the other Resident Evil Releases would have his own Limitless Skill, as well as be in Full Use of the Limitless Heroes 3 severely Overpowered skills. So the answer to the Question above is that Leon is currently the Strongest Rider Resonance Hero(Level 4, Skill Level Maxed) the Joker was only the best in States that do NOT have Limitless Heroes. And if that is the case, then the Joker would be Reigning Supreme as the best Resonance Hero in the Non-Limitless Timeline.

We have to upgrade 1st skill first or rallies will be weak since it takes 1st skill and trails will be hard if you want to use them as support
