WOW! I admit often when looking up tutorials for digital art. I'm often put off when a instructor shows you "How easy" their tool or technique is. BUT, NOT IN THIS CASE. The results I got on my first try were amazing! And the Seamless plugin is awesome. Just wow!

For those who haven't figured out themselves, the source link also contains a fix for errors that occurred with later Paint.Net versions.
The fix is located here: forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/106712-blend-seams-for-smoothing-out-pesky-seams-on-textures/#comment-518812

Any way to just offset the Texture?
For example with 16*16 Texture its easier to just offset it and then do it on your own

      1. Go to "Rotate/Zoom" in the "Layers" drop down menu
      2. In "Pan" you can move the cross in the picture or change the numbers ; enable tiling ; press OK
      3. Now you can correct your texture
      4. Again go to "Rotate/Zoom"
      5. Press OK (don't change anything) and you're finished
Maybe you already know that because you posted this comment one year ago and you have found something this time..
      Sry for bad English...

go pain.net forum for plugin, he (author) has a zip file released that fixes the crash: this is link but find yourself if not trust (you should never, a friendly advice): BlendSeams.zip

For my texture, it looked way too fake. The plugin made stitches on the border of my textures to make it look like it was actually seamed.

You can actually paint seamless texture in Blender with very easy trick. Granted, Blender's image editor kind of suck (...layers? What layers?) but it's possible.
