Missing socks ! So the world is ending. I love that so much. Just because Ella had missing socks she figured everything out including that the end of the world was coming. It's played so straight and never questioned or even mentioned. It's perfect. A little meta joke that gets you thinking why her missing sock made her discover not only the truth but also the world ending. Perfect. Explaining it would spoil it. It's like when Egon from the Ghostbusters is asked if had any toys as a child. He replies "We had part of a Slinky. But, I straitened it". Not "I had a Slinky" We had part of a Slinky. Sends the brain working. Who is "We" and why did you only have part of a Slinky? The thoughts it causes make that joke 100 times funnier.
He really did do a good job with this episode. Even though it was a bottle episode it still had so many key moments that really impacted the rest of the season. The flash backs, i loved the flashbacks. My favorite was the one with Dan and Maze. The color tone changed between Dan and Maze, so that way you knew who was telling the story. I’m so glad he was able to direct in the final season.
@@oxanatarashchuk4598 yeah he directed this episode and Kevin directed the next episode. This is D.B. Woodside’s first episode directed. Wish he could have done more, but look forward to see what he will direct next.
"I'm your father, and I demand that you shoot me! - No one is shooting people in this family! - Mom, I think we established. We totally do!" Just love this callback 😁🤣 She is definitely mother's daughter 😂
It was a nice call back to the first scenes. I feel like the whole scenes was just a call back to the first season, which a little of the other season mixxed it.
@@MeghansReactions yes, you can catch a lot of callbacks and parallels to other seasons in this season. I actually love how they redid some scenes from other seasons and also loved how they put callbacks in there
Not sure what's wrong with the playlist but having to play the videos backwards so once I finish watching One reaction I have to double skip to move back to the next episode good news is it created an excuse for me to make another comment and bad news is it's super annoying so if you can figure that out that would probably help future people who watch your videos like a entire season or entire show
I think that is because i have it set to show the latest episode first. So when you click on it the series finale episode would be the first episode people see and not the one from season four. I can easily change that back.
@@MeghansReactions it's up to you but just letting you know from a viewer's perspective it is preferable to click episode 1 of a season and then let it auto play through the season instead of having to finish an episode and then click back back to get to the correct episode but I mean it's your channel your choice but yeah

I love that Dan & Maze's versions each used the same words/lines but were so completely different.
Yes DB Woodside did a great job!!!
Another emotional episode...damn this Season is sooo good.
