When Ed was just started coming up Taylor had him as the opening on her tour. It was a new experience for Ed because I was a stagehand at one of the early shows on the tour and he was taking it all in. Never been on such a big tour. I kept running into him everywhere backstage which is unusual. He would just have a big grin on his face.

Ed met his wife at Taylor’s 4th of July party at her house. “After the storm, something was born on the 4th of July”. He never left her side and they were married shortly afterwards. Ed and Taylor have been best friends for a decade at least.

Taylor got hate when Kanye recorded a phone call asking to use Taylor's name in a song. Taylor agreed to hear the song & then decide if she was cool with it. Well, he released the song singing something like 'I might sleep with Taylor Swift sometime, I made that bitch famous!' (That's because he ripped the mic out of her hand when she was just a teenager, getting an award for best video of the year. The jerk. She forgave him & he screwed her over again with this song fiasco). Taylor was pissed he called her a bitch in the song, so Kim edited the phone call & released it, making Taylor out to be a liar & a snake, saying she agreed to it. The world turned on Taylor & she disappeared for a year & came back with her 'Reputation tour' where she leans into all the stupid rumors & shit. Lots of snakes in her videos & costumes too, now. The video for 'Look what you made me do' addressed Kanye & the media's treatment of her & how she came back harder & less naive. Ironically, the entire phone call was recently released, showing Taylor told the truth & Kim lied. Now the Swifties have turned on Kim. Also, on her new album Taylor wrote a song about Kim called 'thanK you aIMee'. (Notice the capital letters in the title). Kim's daughter North loves Taylor, so the song cracks me up all the more.
The whole reputation album is awesome. You need to check out the intro and ready for it. Live off the reputation tour.

She's always been open to any genre. They all wrote their own parts to it; which is why Taylor only sings the chorus and her parts when she's on tour. . She's worked with other rappers before: a spoof with T Paine (Thug Story was a promo for the 2009 CMA's), Both of Us for B.o.B. (she sang backup and was in the video), Bad Blood with Kendrick Lamar (she sang ALL of one his songs on her Instagram in the car, back when). She used to fill some of the time in her first year (as an opener for country artists) with occasional covers, including Eminem at least once.
Sheeran rapped on some mixtapes he put out years ago. He also collaborated with Taylor in 2012 for the Red Album (two songs on the Taylor's Version, 1 on the original). The duets where she sings both parts: ME! with Brendon Urie, and I Don't Wanna Live Forever with Zayn ----- she wrote those mostly herself. IDWLF had some cool co - writers & producers. Names you know?

Ed and Taylor are good friends. He met his wife at one of her forth of July parties she throws every year at her house in Rhode Island. There is also a story about the house and who lived in it like 100 years ago. She wrote a song about it and and the song is brilliant too it’s called the last great American dynasty. There’s are so many music videos she does that are fantastic and her hundreds of songs are just written and made so well and she had to redo them all bc her masters were stollen so she re wrote all her songs and added more. If you hear TV it’s Taylor’s version. She rewrote, recorded and added songs, the way she really wanted them to be so she had to redo everything from she ever did. The only TV album we are waiting on is reputation it’s the last one before she off with a new amazing producer. She’s incredible. ❤

Taylor did amazing videos as director. Better watch The Man, both Cardigan and Willow from folklore and evermore because they are connected and all MV of Midnights. In addition, I Can See U from Speak Now (Taylor's Version).
The MVs were like cinematic experience. That's why I love the visuals that she is making with her music.
New to your channel, I love how much you respect her talent and how well rounded of an artist she is.
For the next one, if you want a similar vibe but with insane special effects, I'd highly recommend either Ready For It, or Out of The Woods.
If you want to try something COMPLETELY different, I'd love to see you react to the All Too Well Short Film. It's a 15-minute short film set to her song by the same title. Taylor wrote and directed it, and it was shot in traditional film, so it has a really nostalgic feel.

Ok yes the three live performances from the reputation tour are a must! Everyone is suggesting them... I also like lavender haze.... karma however I will say I prefer the original studio track than the video with ice spice but it's still good. Lover is a good one and then a another good live is "I knew you were trouble" from the 1989 tour

This is the first time she addresses the Kanye KimK drama and the video has a ton of Easter Eggs for other beefs she had at the time.
