I got a message saying "text layer rasterized" when I went to Bloom. When I created the transition, size, and font, nothing happened or changed with the text. I did not get that neon effect.

You then need to swipe left to right to add it

I’m a bit of a noob with all of this but for some reason the effect wouldn’t show for me until I took bloom to 100% and dropped transition to near 0 🤷‍♂️
