Hi! great video! thank you. QUick question, how do i get the Filter to show on always? i can only see it once i typed something on the search box. Thanks
@@davidmehr6211 That is a great idea, but unfortunately I don't see the option to set a default value. All i can see is "Placeholder text to display in search box" but it doesn't work like a default value that will generate a search. Thanks!
Anybody know how I can add a filter by Manager? I have already added People:Manager to a RefinableString03 and typed that in as a filter. It does not show :(
You can use the Manager property for the Manager, I have tested it and it works. Map the Manager property to a RefinableString and configure it in the WebParts.
Thanks for the demo which provided some more info not provided by the scenario in GitHub. However I'm trying to find out how I can show more information in the results. For example, in addition to Name, Job Title, and email address, I also want to show Office location, mobile number. Also, it would be good if I can adjust the layout, maybe have a larger user photo at the top, with the user properties below the photo. I will really appreciate if anyone can let me know how to achieve that.
Nice demo and details packed with tools ❤
Very nice video, I must update our PnP webparts! Might even be able to replace a powerApp now that was embedded on a page to achieve the above.
Thanks for this video, how can you add a filter on Office Location or country?
You can use the SPS-Location property for the office location, country is not synchronized by entra in the user profile. You have to configure this.

you can set a default value e.g. *, then you will see the filters at the beginning.

Looking for a way to exclude former employees? Often "SPS-HideFromAddressLists"1 is your friend 🙂
