this is probably the first buyer's guide i have come across on the youtube algorithm where i have most of the items you showed already or have some version/variant of it. it is very uncanny. you can't go wrong with wiha and wera for tools. i just recently got some more wiha security torx bits so i could take apart one of my leatherman arcs to swap out some parts & assemble another one out of parts. it requires two sets of bits on either side to take them apart / assemble them... hence the doubling of my tool set... investment in good quality bits. instead of a rogue ally i've been running a multibooted steamdeck for several yrs now. for flashlights i went the rovyvon route although i have that boruit light already on my wishlist & it's black friday week. thanks for the tip on the h4m antenna. i'll check that out.
Been watching you for awhile now. The TH-cam algorithm gods sent me your way when I ran searches to run my Portapack. I would like to see more vids on capabilities from you if you get a chance. Thanks
Just ordered myself the T-Embed cc1101 :) I've heard great things about it, and I'm looking forward to getting it. It might not be as good as the Flipper, but it sure has a lot of potential.
It's kind of silly to buy the BNC version of the Comet antenna when they make an SMA version. The model number is SMA-W100RX2 for anyone that wants one. The frequency range is limited to 70MHz-1.2GHz.
@@VengefulAntihero bncs offer the end user to swap antennas more efficiently and save the thread life of your sma. I discuss the reasoning behind this in my antenna video, you’re welcome to go check out. But for simplicity, sma’s have a thread life of roughly 500 on/off after that your attenuation diminishes. So for user that’s want to swap antennas the bnc is the way to go. While the W100rx has a great receive range, its transmitting capabilities is poor.
@@Hunter-EVOutback it’s been discussed a few times. One main thing is how most Mesh devices run on an esp32 or similar boards and the H4M or H2 don’t have that type of hardware built in. The rumor is a esp32 board that can attach to the H4M and then an app to be built. But I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Check out the Mayhem discord. Some of the guys there have some cool stuff in the works. Like gps modules for direction finding, fox hunting, etc.
what was the device with the metal switch on it you had in a recent video? You said it's used as a game sometime for tracking it down and whatnot. Flip it on and it's some sorta morse code ping. Thanks in advance!
@@flowsolo it’s a Byonics Micro Fox MF-50 for fox hunting via radio waves and directional finding. I have a video lined up to go over fox hunting and the MF-50.
First one of your vids I've seen. Everything you showcased i either own or have something similar and if didn't it's on my list. Subscribed
Todd! Congrats. You won the Retekess TR110. Shoot me an email when you get a chance.

🔥! Great list. I thought it was just going to be a tech list with your content, but it was nice to see a more broad EDC esk list.
@@DanielHutchings-dg2uh thanks man! I love EDC anything. If you guys want to see more of that content I can add it to the queue.
Really cool list. Propper complex and random list!!

Have you some push to have a mestastic app on the H4M?
