Hey man Appreciate your work. But it is true moisture do play a big role. Actually ELON's one of the rocket failure reason was because of rusting in bolts due to salt concentration in moisture as launch site was close to ocean. It could be possible ISRO would have not thought in such depth at that point of time. I can't comment on that but WHAT THEY WROTE IT IS TRUE as now we have example.
