Moong Dal Halwa..

Ingredients:-
( 1 cup=200ml )
1/2 cup well soaked yellow moong daal
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cupe pure ghee or dalda ghee
2 cup milk ( you can take 1 cup milk+1 cup water or only water. its up to you)
less than 1/2 cup of mawa
10 almonds
10 pistachio
10 cashews
20-25 resin
8-10 strands of saffron( optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder( optional)
