    Why do TH-cam' s have back ground music when they are trying to explain thing's, so distracting and annoying.

    • @GuitarEmerge
      @GuitarEmerge  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Apologies for that :) Will keep the volume lower next time. Hope you enjoy the demos. Cheers!

      @@GuitarEmerge Maybe just turn background music off? Thanks for the video though.

    When you’re explaining how it works, you shouldn’t have music in the background playing

    I’ve seen other’s in videos use the smart jam, and seemed to like it. My opinion for myself is it’s totally worthless. But the I had the pedal that does the same and I didn’t like it either. But I do like the amp, I got mine for $219. And it is worth the price.

    I appreciate the video, but why have music playing as you are talking?

    Smart jam sucks imo. They need to have the option to ditch that horrible midi bass. I hate it.

    I have to give the nod to the Yamaha THR10ii and I’ve had both \m/

    Thank you for demonstrating it. I have one coming. I hope the Smart Jam feature improves because w/ the reviews I've seen it has been underwhelming. Your playing was great! If not for that it would have sounded awful.
    I did like the acoustic backing track though. I will say that. I think because it's a lot simpler. The basslines on the other tracks seem too prominent to me. Perhaps that works more in the funk style but all of them seem to have the bass too loud. It would be really cool if you could select what instruments you put in. Would love to have just an electric guitar playing rhythm chords for example.

      @GuitarEmerge  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes we too hope the smart jam features improve in the future. The acoustic backing was from the TH-cam playplist that's why it sounded different :)
      I would like to be able to choose my own drum beats and loop on top of that :) having said all these, the tones, from this small amp sounds huge and amazing!

    Thank you for the video, the smart jam sounds like a better option than either Dave or Sharon. Fun to watch your head when you play.

      Hahaha.. Yes hope the smart jam Dave or Sharon will get better in the future.

    Thank you for another great Spark video. I have one and absolutely love it. It is actually much better than i expected for $224. Heck I have pedals that almost cost the same. The jam along is actually my favorite feature. I am an amateur guitar player and song writer and use the Spark as a practice tool. I think this is what the amp is really designed for. I love the jam along feature for song writing. I play a chord progression and let Spark come up with a rhythm track. I usually edit it a bit for verse, bridge, chorus etc then let it loop while I compose guitar solos and lyrics etc. I find it inspiring and fun. I can easily change amps and effects for the different parts and can find suitable tones quickly. When i get what I want, I just record it using the Presonnus Artist DAW. Easy peasy George and Weezy. Love this thing.

      Yea at 224 it's super amazing for all the features you get. Keep jamming and writing and let the creativity flow!

    I'm so glad I found your video. That fact you can edit the chords that are generated when you create you own Smart Jam is great. The only disappointment is that it appears there is no way to save your created Smart Jam.

    • @GuitarEmerge
      @GuitarEmerge  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea thats true. There's lots of room for improvement in terms of the smart Jam. One work around now, I believe you can USB connect to your laptop and record the jam track to your garageband etc Hope that works :)

    How do I get to setting up my own simulator from scratch., Say choosing my amp, then choosing my effects individually.

    • @GuitarEmerge
      @GuitarEmerge  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should think of what kind of sounds you are looking for first :) I generally try to get a, good clean to break up tone from my amp sim, then add slight compressor with reverb. This will be a good base to start.

    Not so smart,, and VERY LIMITED. So disappointed it will not access all my own backing tracks and all music on Apple.

    Very good videos about Spark 40. How do you record the jamtrack and your solo, using a USB cable and a DAW? Thanks

      We mic up the amp. Can't use USB in this case.

    This unit is totally awesome for the cost. It is a Jam ON machine! Granted I am no pro. I've been playing for 40 yrs and this thing is is one of the top 5 buy's for my guitar playin ever.
