This did work for me. But I had to put back the ic and remove the jumper. I removed the diodes and resistor then it worked. Removing the ic dropped the voltage…
If you are reading this, remove the tiny diode and the resistor next to it plus the other resistor….. leave the ic and skip the jumper..
