Thank you brother❤ Your generosity and good intentions can be felt from distance. Here in the middle east it grows naturally in the wild, when the plant is 3 years old or more I go and respectfully dig the whole root from the ground, clean it, chop it and use it for medicine (only if I need it). It's a very hard work, but the quality is very different than anything available on the market, you can notice it by the appearance, smell and effect.
I was suffering bad anxiety from giving up marajuana and I took this for a week in capsule form and I never once since got anxiety, this plant is magical
I'm glad you're learning stuff. I've tried using lots more big words no one knows or uses any more, but whenever I do, I forget what it is I'm supposed to be talking about. :0( Doc Jones homegrownherbalist.net/about-the-school/
I cant wait to try your formula! I did really well taking this some years ago. I went from having an ok memory to remembering things that happened when I was a kid! I think I took it with Gotu-Kola & Eluthero plus wild American Ginseng.
It’s been almost a year since I’ve seen your videos, I was thinking of your videos I used to watch and man am I glad that u still making videos.. so easy to learn from you and I love your videos man😃😃
I’ve had a lot of brain fog of late. Ugh. I think I need to spend a little more money for quality products. A lot of times I don’t notice much change with what I find online or it’s too strong of a dose. Thanks for the info
Thank you so very much. I think my dad is V injured and concerned about those long stringy white clots in the veins, too. But I have been giving him supplements since I got here and ashwaganda is in one of them so your incredible knowledge is very reassuring ❤
I love your videos! I've recently seen some information about using the leaves of Ashwagandha which surprised me because I thought the roots were the only part used. Do you know anything about using the leaves?
Is Ashwaghanda contraindicated in people with people with liver disease or can it cause liver problems? Are there any other herbs you can recommend for anxiety? Any information and/or products you sell would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!
Hi Doc. Hoping you see this. My daughter sustained a TBI in May 2020. She had petechial hemorrhages throughout her brain with damage to the corpus callosum . I understood you to say this is beneficial in the acute phase? Would it be helpful now?
I've found some investigations done with extracts of the leaves too, with good results, so maybe the leaves could also be useful? Thank you so much fo all the wonderful info you share ♥
Doc Jones, I love your videos. Does ashwagandha cause gastritis? I've been taking it, in capsules, and it seems to have triggered gastritis for me. Thanks!
I read that you can make a tea from the leaves in its early stage. I wasn't able to get many good leaves. I planted and read upbon it later. Shame on me. I do have lots of berries and a few roots. Thanks.
I just had it as it's my bedtime. I suggest that you have it post your dinner and please, don't choose the extracts because, there are many compounds that get reduced. Withfarin-A has a lot of benefits. My testosterone is around 1103 ng/dL very high for an average Indian 30 yo man, it's all because of this amazing herb.
Hello Doc. I have been taking your Memory and Alertness . Is there a time limit on how long you can use it? Also is there a best time of the day to take it. In your opinion?
Just discovered your channel and i think its amazing! I was wondering can you take ashwagandha if you're taking vitamins like vitamin D vitamin C zinc and magnesium?
Hey Doc....thanks for the video....I suffer from really bad anxiety/ panic attacks .... could this stuff help?? I live in Phoenix AZ....so I was thinking about growing it.... I've really been curious about growing medicinals because my anxiety is through the roof to the point that I don't want to even leave the house or visit a hospital.....so growing stuff like this to help me and other people like me has kind of become my mission....any thoughts or ideas?? Thank you kindly
@@HomeGrownHerbalist yeah....see... that's one of the many reasons why I don't just pop a pill to begin with.....also, it seems like a never ending ride that( with meds) once you get on, your not allowed to do or take this and that....if I was to try ashwagandha ....what would be the best way???.... Do you think I could get it from an herbalist place?....for the time being could I maybe try ginseng?? As always, thanks Doc!

How many plants one would need to grow for a year’s supply for an adult female? I want to add this to my garden this year.

Very timely message thank you for sharing.
Yup. This is the time to get those seeds planted. Then it's off to the races to see if you can get more seeds from the rascals before it freezes. :0)
Would it work for concussion type injuries?
I think it's potentially helpful for any kind of nervous tissue injury. But it needs to be used very soon after the injury.
How does the fruit taste like?
I've actually never tasted it. LOL
I always let it dry out so I can get the seeds.

There are some god studies indicating that it is. That said, it's very important not to combine anxiety medications with herbs in most cases.
