I am staying in Mapsko Casabella. Apart from Club house ( not upto the expectations) rest everything is at par with the prices. Best part is it is very near to the highway and bang opposite to Sapphire mall. Rest maintanence cost is low compared to other properties. Atleast it is approachable compared to the other ones!!

But these issues were reported 2-3 years back. I couldn't find any new posts or videos by the residents of this socity online. Let me know if you know any other problems faced by the residents of Casabella ! 2) Aki Diggual Ji, I agree with you , Also I want to add one point : I have seen active participation of its RWA president Mr Dharveer Singh Ji , not only in the development of this socity, but he is involved in the matters of every other society in new Gurgaon. Which I feel is a positive thing about this society.
It is always better to stay on rent for sometime before purchasing any flat. There are lot of high end societies where you will face Drainage issue, structural issues, water clogging and that too societies around Gold Course extension, Golf Course road etc. So, best is in case you haven't purchased the flat, better to take it on rent and experience the society.
