Thank you, Dr. Berg. I just fasted for 72 hours drinking only lemon water with a teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt & a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) & my vitamin D3/K2 drops, B complex, Amino Acid complex, vitamin C & choline.
I just broke my fast at 9 am today with some sauerkraut & four eggs over easy.
Not eating again until I'm hungry.
I feel great. No more sugar & fast food or fast carbs or non-organic food for me.
I want to get down to waist 34 pants. I'm 64 years young.
    Once again, thank you ♥️♥️♥️.

@@unnatii777 ..I’ve been doing IF for awhile and breaking fast with eggs easily satisfied me. Also with nuts like walnuts or avocado and salad. Healthy keto will make your fasting longer and avoid hunger but with too much carbs, you’ll get hungry easily.

@@ctrinidad5581 For the last several years or so I've been eating breakfast midday after 16 hrs. of IF. I eat 3-4 eggs and nothing else until supper about 8pm. That's usually some kind of meat and vegetables, a lot of which I grow. Sometimes my husband still wants rice or wild rice, but it doesn't satisfy me like it used to. I still eat too much fruit and it leaves me hungry.

My dad had heart trouble and died early. I was in my late 40's and having symptoms. Chest pain radiating down my left arm, rash on my soles, split lips. I had a full stress echo, my heart was healthy. I got fired and my symptoms disappeared. Thank God! It was all stress. That was 25 years ago, and thanks to Dr. Berg and Dr. Ekberg I am on the path to wellness and long life.

I reversed my blood pressure this week. It’s lower than it has been in many years. Went from an average of 159/98 sometimes it was 189. Now it’s 123/78 for last three days. Moringa and berries and pea protein and beet powder. No constipation and no high blood! Oh and ground flaxseed in that smoothie too! Vitamin D C tumeric etc of course. Took a year of consistency. Did not happen in one week! Let me clarify.

    • @Mar-pw3qb
      @Mar-pw3qb 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

I believe ground flaxseed significantly lowered my blood pressure. I make sure to get a tablespoon every day. I don’t take a BP pill anymore. Keto helps everything, too.

Thanks for all the content!!! I started intermittent fasting because of a fatty liver. I consider myself to be at what I call stage 2 - I stick to a 6 hour window, eat more salads and cut out the really bad sugars. After 3 months I’m down 20 lbs and off my blood pressure meds. A nice side effect is my inflammation went away. I didn’t realize how bad it was until it was gone! Working towards stage 3. Thanks again

@@Drberg Hello, Dr. Berger, I would like to ask if there is any treatment for myocardial infarction. Recently, the elderly in my family got this disease, and I don't know the area of myocardial infarction at present. Do you need to do myocardial nuclide test to know this? I'm really anxious. I hope Dr. Berger can help me explain it after seeing it. Besides, I would like to ask how this disease is treated abroad. Is it really impossible to recover after myocardial infarction? And if the patient has this disease, must he put a stent? Can he still be saved? Moreover, since he got this myocardial infarction, the old man can move his hands and feet, and he can shake his head and blink his eyes, but he can't speak. What's going on here?

I said the exact same thing to my mother, who was diagnosed with high blood pressure.
Following the advice from another Dr Berg video, we got her on Vitamin D and K supplements - because the K is responsible for cleaning up of calcium from the wrong places and depositing it correctly into bones and teeth. Three months later, her blood pressure is healthy and she never did take the BP meds that her doctor gave her!

I love your videos and life changing advice Dr. Berg. I despair when I visit my GP or local hospital , where highly talented, intelligent and experienced physicians, are all brainwashed by 1950's flawed research on cholesterol, that was hammered into them at medical school. The very first thing they do is reach for the prescription pad , to give you a tablet to mask the symptoms, ignoring the root cause.
They are looking for a cost effective, instant quick symptom fix, ignoring what's going to kill you 5 years down the line.
There's no point trying to tell them anything to the contrary , because they just won't listen. God help us all.
Thank you for showing the way Sir.

Refined carbs such as bread, pasta, ect. should be avoided even by very healthy people. He has lots of videos answering this. He also shows how to stop being hungry for them. As a french, I used to love them and get all kinds of issues. Now all these disappeared by following Dr Berg's.

Began the Keto Feb 1st, 2024. Today is March 27th, 2024. I began with a 4 hour 2 meal eating window between 1pm and 5pm, fasting for 20 hours. Followed the nutrition changes to the T. I am now as of this week on the OMAD schedule, and I love it. I have lost 20 pounds, with a goal of 30. I am shocked that I can do my exercise routine while I am fasting with actually MORE energy! Oh, I feel great! I just wish I'd found this long before now--I'm 73. I weigh less now than when I got back from Vietnam in 1973. Thanks, Eric!

I was SHOCKED!! their kitchen table looks like a commercial pharmacy!! There is hardly even any room to eat!!! I cannot believe how many medications they are taking and have been prescribed!!! I've taken them to a few Dr.s appointments which generally take just few minutes "how are you doing feeling" "great" re- write yet another prescription, not a single mention of lifestyle, food choices!! That's the medical profession in the USA-a drug mill. $$$
