I am more Gene Kelly Fred Astaire. I am going to teach this to her, to surprise our students on concert night. It will be great to dance to a new choreography. Thank you for generously sharing.

I guess it's not possible to learn this in 5 days? lol I'm looking for something I can do in that time if I practice a ton.
If you have a good amount of practice time then I think it IS possible. You'll have to watch the tutorials several times though :-D

I've preforming this in a pageant next week and I want to preform it with the music slowed down since I don't have much time to practice...how could I get the music slowed down?
I use an App called "Djay 2" its perfect for that!

These tap combinations are from the 1920s. They don't match the main thrust of the selected music -- which is why the rhythms seem stilted and square.

But just so you know.. there where no Supershuffles in 1920's and many of my steps are inspired by tap dogs that I worked with when I lived in Las Vegas.
Other inspirational sources for my taps are from Colin Dunne, Savion Glover, and Gregory Hines. I'm pretty sure none of those are 1920's either.
The level of technique is high, but the rhythms are not contemporary. Those cutie pie breaks are literally a century old. The only way those old steps could work is to start them on "4" so that at least the accents would occasionally fall in the right places.

this choreo is not designed to be contemporary, the other one is. This is a show choreo.
Don't forget that although Meghan Trainors music is rhythmically very "cool" its also very commercial and fun. The biggest priority when dancing to her music should be that it Looks and feels "bubble, light, and fun".
If I would start the step on 4 and 8, as with the time step, the steps would lose all its pop feel and look more like a Jazz choreo... thats the LAST thing I wanted with this choreo.
I made a choreo on c2c's HAPPY as well as Queen's "under pressure" filming in progress.
I designed those to be more challenging, and rhythm nation in style.
I think you will find those choreos more to your liking.
