Well, I did not pay enough attention to grounding and listening to myself so I was flattened to the ground this past week by a diverticulitis attack (gut)... which of course confined me to bed and immobility. THEN I started listening to myself! And reflecting on what this means. Every time I divert from the Path I know I should be on, the Universe gifts me with the opportunity to reflect. I know this journey could be more gentle if I didn't insist on ignoring what I know I should be doing!!! ❤ and light.
